Return Policy

If there is a problem with your order please inform us within 30 days of your delivery.

If you suspect that you have a bad bottle, please put the cork back in the bottle leaving the contents in the bottle.

If you find any errors in vintages, item or size please contact us by email at info.eb@jerseyfinewine.com or by calling (732) 432-8100.

If any order is shipped in error we will refund the full price including the shipping charges.

All other unopened returns are subject to a 10% restocking fee less the shipping charges.
